The California Department of Developmental Services (Department) is soliciting proposals to work in partnership with the Department on the following items: 1) develop a framework for implementation of person-centered thinking and practices throughout the service delivery system; 2) conduct an analysis of current State statute and regulation and provide recommendations for updates that are consistent with the framework identified above and Federal requirements effective in March 2014; and 3) develop and implement training for individuals who receive regional center services and their families, service providers and regional center staff on person-centered thinking, practices and planning to facilitate the development of effective person-centered service plans.

There is a webinar found on this website to register to learn how to apply for the technical assistance by February 12, 2019.
