Oregon Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) is looking for a person dedicated to the principles of self-direction and person centeredness to lead the program in redesigning its planning process to be more wholistic, person centered and aligned with LifeCourse framework developed by the UMKC Institute for Human Development, UCEDD. This person will work with internal team, stakeholders and manage a contractor to help ODDS achieve this transformation. This person will also service as a liaison for ODDS on service equity initiatives, will coordinate with Office of Equity and Multicultural Services, and lead efforts on development and implementation of Service Equity plan for I/DD program. This person also serves as a subject matter expert on policy and practice related to person centered planning and provides and coordinates contract providing training and technical assistance to case management entities, providers and others. This person will also coordinate annual Case Management Conference and other events. Successful candidate will be a person with leadership skills, self-starter, passionate about service equity, person centered practices and supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live full lives in their communities.
