Our Work

The Learning Community for Person Centered Practices is an international community of volunteers that organized themselves to promote the use of person-centered practices globally. We strive to be diverse, inclusive, and accessible so that people with lived experiences of disability, family members, advocates, professionals, and all others can participate.

Our work includes sharing learning on methods of person-centered thinking, planning, and support across the lifespan for all people. We continually explore ways for this to happen which include supporting people with disabilities in leading planning and training, supporting family members in leading planning and training, and implementing these efforts anywhere there are people who rely on systems for support. We continually develop and expand training curricula to support that work.
