Ann Sieber

I have been involved with assisting, supporting, educating, and advocating on behalf of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 25 years, working with both adults and children.  I have over seventeen years of experience with San Andreas Regional Center (SARC), six of those years as the District Manager of the Community Resources Department overseeing the development and monitoring of all service providers contracted with SARC, including providing support around the HCBS Final Rule compliance and Person-Centered Thinking/Planning.  I am very familiar with the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in the community and the issues they frequently face.  I have been providing Person-Centered training and HCBS Compliance training for San Andreas’ staff, community vendors and for individuals served and their families for ten years.  I have a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Education and feel extremely passionate about teaching others in a supportive and exciting learning environment.
