Arlene Jackson

My name is Arlene Jackson. I have over 32 years of experience in the social services field. Twenty-five (25) of those years have been dedicated to leading a dynamic team to support the intellectually / developmentally disabled population. I am a certified mediator in the state of California. My mediation specialization is family and community conflict. Additionally, I hold certifications in perinatal substance abuse counseling, Human Resources-Talent Acquisition and Nonprofit management.

I am a graduate of Alabama A&M University. I have a dual degree in English and Political Science. Additionally, I hold a Master of Arts degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in dispute resolution and negotiations.

My passion is training and watching people grow by expanding their capacity to learn. As a certified PCT trainer my goal is to guide as many people as possible, towards having positive control over the lives that they choose for themselves.
