Biography
Barb has worked in the IDD field for over 45 years in a variety of roles, including Direct Support Professional, Speech Language Pathologist, Service Coordinator , Staff Development Specialist and some administrative roles. Barb currently works as an Independent Consultant. She is also a Charting the LifeCourse Ambassador and Coach. Her passion to support and empower people with lived experience and families is driven by her role as a sibling.
