Becky is committed to the principals of Person Centered Thinking. She has been a certified trainer since 2020. Becky is an engaging trainer who enjoys watching participant’s growth throughout the two day training. Becky encourages participation in her trainings and enjoys learning from the perspectives of all participants in her trainings.

Becky joined the Adaptive Learning Center in 2019 as the Associate Director. The Adaptive Learning Center is a community living program that supports individuals with IDD to live full, robust lives working toward their dreams. Members of ALC live independently in their own apartments and receive supports for work, adult ed., volunteering, and other social/recreational activities. Prior to the Adaptive Learning Center, Becky was working at the Regional Center of the East Bay as a Case Management Supervisor. Becky has spent the last twelve years, since graduating with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan, working in the field of Child and Adult Welfare.
