Billie Hendrickson

Billie Hendrickson, Quality Improvement Manager at Residential Services Inc. (RSI), in Duluth MN.  Billie participated in Minnesota’s Person-Centered Thinking Technical Assistance grant from 2015 to 2018, where she became a PCT Leader and Coach for RSI.  In 2017, Billie became a facilitator of the 2-day Person-Centered Thinking training under the mentorship of Anne Roehl.  Billie’s 20+ years in the field have been supporting high-risk youth and adults with various disabilities and mental health needs.  She has recently become a Person-Centered Thinking Coach trainer and facilitates Person-center planning.  Billie supports RSI’s PCT Coaches Community of Practice and mentors staff in person-centered practices throughout RSI.
