Brenda Smith

Brenda Smith is a Person-Centered Thinking Mentor trainer, LifeCourse Coach & Ambassador, parent, grandparent, and passionate advocate.   I have always had an interest and heart for people who experienced disability and my degree in Elementary & Special Education.  However, I noticed that the “world of disability” looked different and felt different as a parent when I learned that my youngest son would experience disability and need support throughout his life.    I provide training to people with lived experience, their families and professionals.  I am passionate about helping families, educators, and other professionals envision positive futures and good lives for those they love and support.  Person-centered approaches are  a “game changer” in our field and beyond.
