Biography
My career path started when my sister was born with Cornelia De Lange Syndrome. I started working as direct support in college and eventually worked my way up to managing various living arrangements in Iowa then in Nevada. Once in Nevada I took a position with the state Agency (Desert Regional Center (DRC)) to assist multiple providers with providing quality service to children and adults with a wide range of capabilities, taking lead of the DRC Human Rights Committee, PCT Trainer for Aging and Disability Services Division, and supervising a team of 7. Overall I have been working in some capacity with ID for 20+ years.
