Biography
Kimberly Isaac, MSW
Kimberly Isaac has a 38-year track record of supporting individuals with disabilities, as a second-generation residential service provider, and as a Social Worker. After attending UC Berkeley and USC, Kimberly embarked on a career at the Los Angeles Unified School District as a Pupil Services and Attendance Counselor, Organization Facilitator and eventually as a Pupil Services and Attendance Administrator. After leaving LAUSD, Kimberly became a full time Residential Administrator for CalWes Homes, a business started by her family in 1986.
Kimberly has deep compassion for the people she supports. She is a seasoned and skilled professional that believes in continuing education. Kimberly has a warm approachable personality and is enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge with others. She is the State President of the Society of California Carehome Operators (SOCCO) and is a fierce advocate for both business owners and people receiving supports. In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys traveling with her family, attending her children’s many activities, reading, volunteering with her Sorority and enjoying friends, fun and good food.
