Biography

I am a dedicated Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) trainer with a passion for empowering individuals and teams to deliver meaningful, person-driven supports. I am currently a QIDP Educator at Mexia SSLC and have 20+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and I bring a compassionate, practical, and strengths-based approach to both training and service delivery.

I am committed to helping professionals understand and apply person-centered practices in real-world settings, ensuring that each individual’s voice, preferences, and outcomes remain at the forefront. I focus on building skills in areas such as discovering what is important to and for a person, balancing health and safety with choice, and using person-centered tools to improve quality of life.

I am known for my engaging and relatable training style, and I strive to create a supportive learning environment where participants feel confident applying PCT principles in their daily work. I believe that true person-centered support happens when we listen deeply, act intentionally, and remain committed to continuous learning.

I am dedicated to maintaining high-quality training standards and supporting organizations in strengthening person-centered cultures through education, coaching, and collaboration.
