I have worked in the Community Living field since the early 1980’s in focus areas of education, mental health and developmental disabilities.  I work for UNITI which is a partnership between 3 not for profit organizations in British Columbia, Canada.  The 3 organizations are Semiahmoo House Society, Peninsula Estates Housing Society and The Semiahmoo Foundation.

Currently I am involved with planning, teaching and organizing in-house training and training opportunities for external organizations which includes Person Centred Practices.

I work closely with Nolda Ware and our PCT Trainer Team to provide various trainings connected to TLCPCP within our organization and to external organizations.

I have been involved with TLCPCP since 2002, a PCT Trainer since 2005 and a Mentor Trainer since 2016.
