Mark Morris graduated from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in December 2016.  He then began working for the Nueces Center for Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities as a service coordinator in February 2017.  After two years working as a service coordinator, Mark began to supervisor a team of service coordinators.  Currently, Mark supervises the IDD Crisis Services and Transition Support Teams, which provide crisis intervention and prevention services as well as educational opportunities to those in South Texas.  Mark is also completing his Masters in Communication with an emphasis in organizational leadership.  As a trainer, Mark is liked and admired for being organized, his humor, and speaking abilities.  It is important for Mark to provide trainings which are beneficial to others and which help make those working in this field more effective as advocates and supports.  Others can help Mark as a trainer by providing him with honest and constructive feedback on his performance and by sharing their experiences with him to help him learn and grow as a trainer.
