Mary Beth leads the HSA USA team and has been active in the Learning Community for Person-Centered Practices since 2005. For nearly 15 years, Mary Beth was employed as Assistant Director, Training and Organizational Development at Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC), where she provided strategic leadership and oversight for person-centered change initiatives. As a Mentor Trainer for Person Centered Thinking, Mary Beth and HSA have mentored numerous Person Centered Thinking trainers and supported many regional centers and service providers in their journeys to be more person-centered. She is a talented curriculum developer and designer and an engaging and effective trainer and facilitator. Mary Beth delivers training remotely and in-person and has supported communities in developing Communities of Practice and conducting organizational assessments on progress in using person-centered approaches. In addition to her passion for working with people, teams, and communities to embed person-centered practices, Mary Beth is a certified change management practitioner and a self-managing teams consultant. When not working, Mary Beth enjoys tending to her vegetable garden, hiking, and ocean kayaking.
