Biography
My name is Oscar. I have been working to support individuals with developmental disabilities for over 20 years. From providing supports as a DSP, job coaching, and case management, to currently overseeing the operations of an Adult Development Program and certified in customized employment, I have had the opportunity to learn and understand how and what it means to provide proper supports to ensure a quality life. Growing up with a sibling who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and was epileptic, this is more than just work for me, it really is a labor of love.
