Anne Roehl joined the Mains’l team in July 2017 as the Director of Services in Minnesota.  Prior to coming to Mains’l, Anne worked at the University of Minnesota’s Institute on Community Integration (ICI) on Person Centered Thinking and Planning projects. She led training efforts and worked with organizations to develop coaches and embed Person Centered Practices. Anne is a certified Person Centered Thinking and Plan Facilitation Mentor and active in the Learning Community for Person Centered Practices.
Before joining ICI, Anne worked at The Arc Greater Twin Cities, where she had the opportunity to do a lot of Person Centered Planning and provide leadership and coaching to a smart and dedicated group of advocates. She has worked in a variety of settings supporting individuals and families impacted by disability. Her education focused on disability studies. However, she often says she learns the most from listening to the people she serves and in her most important role as “Mom” to a boy who has a diagnosis of Autism.
