Anne Mornes

I first joined the PCT world in 2015 as a coach and have been a PCT Trainer since 2016. I am one of two PCT Trainers currently at Rise. My primary role at Rise is currently working as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Prior to that I was a Program Manager for almost 10 years and Employment Consultant  for 5 years (also at Rise). I have 15 years of experience in vocational services for those with a mental health diagnosis.
