I was first certified as a PCT trainer in 2008.  I’ve been doing our in house PCT x2 day training. several time a year since then. Imbedding person centered thinking and planning within our organization- Nanaimo Association for Community Living- has been a big part of my work and passion.   Staying current and connected is also very important.  Working with individuals and their support teams has been exciting, and I look forward to continuing in this role.  Thanks too, to Lynne Ford and Nolda Ware, our mentor trainers.  We are always building our capacity with trainers and are currently starting the credentialing process with 2 more of our amazing staff.  With Randy recently begin certified, we’ve are continually gr building our capacity!
