Charles Seider

I am a I/DD Quality Improvement Assessor for Qlarant.  I have over twenty years of experience working with person with intellectual/developments disabilities.  My work experience ranges from serving as a behavior specialist at a state institution to health/safety quality manager with regional state office to consultant work with transitioning individuals from the state hospital to independent living in the community.  Now, as I/DD Quality Improvement Assessor, I get to see the rewards of previous years and smiles on the faces of individuals I helped transition to more independent living than the institution and improve the quality of supports and services.

On a personal level, I am a husband and father of two wonderful children.  I received a Bachelor of Arts from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.  I pride myself on the fact that all of my personal life and job experiences have helped me develop an amazing career in human services and work with individuals with I/DD.
