Jessica Baker

Jessica Baker is an Associate Program Director at the Exceptional Children’s Foundation in Inglewood, CA. Jesica has worn many hats at ECF ranging from instructor to case manager to program manager and now associate director. She is passionate about supporting adults with disabilities in finding their place in the community through volunteer work, work training, and job placements. Jessica’s goal with Person-Centered Thinking is to help direct support staff learn how to provide the best support and care for the people they serve. Personally, Jessica enjoys reading, gardening, and exploring new places with her husband.
