Jennifer Billington

Jennifer (Jen) Billington has been supporting people for over 25 years, in various organizations.  As the Person-Centered Services Director at STAR Services, she completes formal planning using MAPS, PATH, and Liberty Plan through STAR Services.  Jen educates people receiving services, their families, Guardians, Case Managers and DSPs on what is Important To and Important For each person and empowering people to find a balance between the two.  Jen has been providing training on Person Centered Thinking to various organizations in Minnesota after her certification with The Learning Community for Person Centered Practices.  Jen is an ambassador for Charting the LifeCourse.
