Being inspired by one of her children, a young woman with Down syndrome, LeAnn Bieber has learned how essential being person centered is for people.  She has also worked with people with disabilities since 2001 through the MN Region 10 Quality Assurance process.  In 2009 she moved into other positions within Olmsted County advocating for person centered practices with staff who work with our aging population, people with brain injuries and mental health as well as people with developmental disabilities.  She has been a member of the State Quality Council and Regional Quality Councils since its inception in 2012,  and is the Co-Head of Delegation for the local Special Olympics team.  Having the opportunity to meet many wonderful people, LeAnn sees the importance of continually refreshing her own way of life to empower people with what is important to and important for them.  LeAnn is a Person-Centered Thinking trainer, Person-Centered thinking coach trainer, Person-Centered Planning Facilitator, LifeCourse ambassador , Trauma Informed Supports trainer and Culture of Safety – Safety analyst
