Biography
Lesley Blecharczyk has worked in the developmental services system in NH for 25 years, holding roles including Case Management and Family Support Supervisor, Director of Program Services Director of Operations for Individual and Family Support Operations. Her current career focus in training and program development brings her back to her roots, and passion, for promoting the application of person-centered practices to assist people and families all across the lifespan to develop their vision for a meaningful life, access necessary supports and resources, and establish themselves as the advocates, leaders and directors of their own life experiences. Her parents, and a sibling with a developmental disability, fostered a passion for engaging and empowering families, and impacting organizational and systems change to promote family capacity, choice and direction. As well as being a nationally certified trainer in Person Centered Thinking, Lesley is an Ambassador and national Coach with the Charting the LifeCourse™ Nexus. Sharing person-centered thinking and planning concepts, strategies and tools directly with supported people and families, schools, area agencies, other support systems and communities to foster effective, collaborative and customized life planning remains a personal and professional joy!
