Olivia Steele

Olivia started her role as Training Facilitator in March 2022 at her organization, Family Services, Inc. in Central Pennsylvania. In her time, she has taken on many different training certifications and topics but was always drawn back to the Person-Centered Thinking ideas and structures. As of August 2023, she is a Person-Centered Practices trainer, certified through The Learning Community. Her goal is to continue to grow in her Training Facilitator role at Family Services, Inc. so that her staff can care for those they serve in every phase of life and know how to always put the person at the center of their work. Outside of training in her agency, she hopes to give Person-Centered training to other organizations in the Altoona, Pennsylvania area that don’t already have them offered.
