Become a Trainer

Person Centered Thinking is a new and exciting way to move through the world. People who become intentional PCT practitioners often want to take their practice to the next level by pursuing PCT Trainer certification.

PCT Trainer Certification

Becoming a PCT Trainer is not just about training the curriculum. Rather, it is about training, skilled plan facilitation, and being an ambassador for person-centered practices and the Learning Community for Person Centered Practices.

Trainer candidates must have completed at least one full PCT class and observed at least one class with the “eye” of a trainer. To become a certified PCT Trainer, you will need to identify a certified PCT Mentor Trainer who is willing to mentor you through the process. Most PCT Mentor Trainers have their own application process by which they accept PCT trainer candidates.
